Please allow 7-10 days to produce your order before it will ship.

One of two ways to ship, please choose:

1. U.S. Postal Service Ground (This typically takes 6-10 business days for travel and delivery)
2. U.S. Postal Service Priority or UPS Ground (This typically takes 3-5 business days for travel and delivery)

Shipping in USA we offer “Free Shipping” at certain times (excludes holidays or priority shipping). For International shipping, typically arrives in the same time table as USA ground shipping. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The only customers that are required to pay sales tax are those living in California, at 9.5% All other states are tax exempt. 

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges:

• 30 days of receiving your order
• Full value if returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Shipping costs on returns or exchanges is at the cost of the buyer if you are requesting a full refund
• A replacement product of equal value
• Should you choose to return or exchange your product(s) for online store credit, a different product, or a gift card credit – your shipping costs will be reimbursed towards the value of the replacement item
